Meditation is now widely accepted by doctors and scientist as a very good complementary tools for healing. In various clinical test throughout United States and Europe, Meditation has been found to be highly effective as complementary therapy. For most of us who do not live in the cave in Indian jungle, we do not have 30 or 40 years to practice Meditation like they do. We have other worldly priorities, such as our jobs and families. We are lucky that we are now living in a Spiritual Awakening era . Many Spiritual secrets are revealed and available for us now.

One of revealed “secrets” is Meditation with the Energy from The Source or Divine Energy (not other Energy). In late 90’s various Meditation Technique are introduced.
